By using the Harvesting Leland website (www.harvestingleland.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Products & Availability

All products are handmade in small batches and subject to availability. We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time. Seasonal items are available only while supplies last.

Pre-Sale Orders

  • Pre-sale orders for baked goods must be placed by Friday at 5:00 PM for the following week's production.
  • By placing a pre-sale order, you are committing to purchase the specified items.
  • We will confirm your order and provide pickup/delivery information by email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if ingredients are unavailable, and will notify you promptly with a full refund.

Payments

Payment is required to confirm your order. We use secure third-party payment processing. We do not store credit card information on our servers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Refunds & Returns

  • Baked goods and perishable items: Due to the made-to-order, fresh nature of our baked goods, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will work to make it right.
  • Non-perishable items (home goods, herbal & wellness products): We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Custom orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable once production has started.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Our farm address is shared privately with confirmed order customers. Pickup times are coordinated by email or SMS. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed after the agreed pickup window.

Shipping

We ship non-perishable items within the continental United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer

Our products are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, dairy, tree nuts, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free. Customers with serious food allergies should contact us before ordering.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Harvesting Leland and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Harvesting Leland is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
